Good facilitation provides not only a forum to explore ideas in a creative and open manner, but also a process to focus on those outputs likely to make a significant difference to your organisation.

Essentially, facilitation is at the heart of many of the projects Perfect Circle carries out. At the beginning of projects we will use a range of techniques to open up discussion in a structured but ‘free’ manner and to consider the outcomes of those discussions, leading to detailed action plans.
